Meet the Crew
As the captain of the Compliance Crew, Anuraag’s journey in vocational education and compliance began unexpectedly 8 years ago. Since then, he has navigated the ins and outs of this dynamic sector, embracing the daily challenges and opportunities for growth. With a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement, Anu embodies the spirit of a forever student.
Anu’s journey in the VET sector started as a trainer and assessor for Hospitality and Security, roles he still passionately pursues whenever possible. His firsthand experience with subpar learning materials that failed to meet industry standards or learner needs fuelled his determination to effect change. This frustration sparked his transition into developing learning and assessment materials, which eventually led him to specialise in compliance.
Recognising that compliance is a universal concern extending beyond the VET sector, Anu expanded his expertise to road freight logistics companies, assisting them with Basic Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility requirements. This realisation marked the birth of the Compliance Crew.
Driven by a lifelong love for learning, Anu has recently embarked on a new chapter, pursuing a degree in law. This pursuit of legal knowledge further enhances his ability to navigate the complexities of compliance and provide cutting-edge solutions to the clients he serves. With his multifaceted background and unwavering commitment to excellence, Anu leads the Compliance Crew with vision, expertise, and a steadfast dedication to empowering RTOs and CRICOS providers to thrive.
Arshia
With over 7 years of diverse experience in the VET sector, Arshia is our resident expert in RTO and CRICOS operations. She has served as an administrator, operations manager, and campus manager for various RTOs and CRICOS providers, including funded RTOs in QLD and NSW. As a qualified trainer and assessor, Arshia also delivers business and leadership courses. In her role as Ops Crew Chief, she masterfully handles client relationships and guides RTOs in managing their day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth sailing for all.

Hailing from South Africa, Anneke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Chief Crew Writer. With over 15 years as a Senior Lecturer, she has a deep understanding of the intricacies of learning and assessment development.
